All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded—either in full or partial.
QUINCEAÑERA DRESSES: In the case of your size changes from the time you ordered, we can make an adjustment on the SIZE only, but it MUST BE AT LEAST ONE MONTH before the dress arrives to the store, so the manufacturer can do the adjustments There are no changes in style and brand.
For other dresses, once the dress is ordered/crafted, No Exceptions will be made for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, event cancellations, or any other reasons. We strongly encourage customers to carefully select their dress, including style, size, color, and fabric, before finalizing the purchase.

When booking your in-store appointment please consider this will take about 1 hr, you will be expected to try different dresses so we recommend setting your appointment not later than 6 pm Monday-Saturday and 4 pm on Sunday.
